To provide a tumbler switch and a switch with a small number of parts and with many change-overs in electrical connections.

The switch 1 is composed of: a substrate 10 on which fixed contact points 10a and 10b are provided to the right and left of a line J on a plane at specified spacing and fixed contacts 10c and 10d are provided adjacent to the fixed contacts 10a and 10b in parallel to the line J, spring contacts 15 with central parts 15e fixed on the line J and provided with parts to be pressed 15f to 15i toward each end part and moving contact points 15a to 15d and an operator 12 which is freely rocked to the right and left of the line J and bringing the moving contacts 15a to 15d into contact with the fixed contacts 10a to 10d by pressing the parts to be pressed 15f to 15i of the spring contact 15 by being rocked.
