Abstract:

To provide a small-sized and low-voltage tunable device using a hexagonal-system barium titanate bulk crystal dielectric material with high dielectric constant.

The tunable element, changing an electrostatic capacitance by applying a voltage, includes: a top face electrode; a bottom face electrode; and a dielectric substance disposed between the top face electrode and the bottom face electrode. The dielectric substance is comprised of hexagonal-system barium titanate.
