Abstract:
To provide an appropriate tunable multiplexer.
A tunable ferro-electric multiplexer for use in CDMA communication device is provided. Tunable ferro-electric capacitors are used to tune the resonant frequencies of several resonators used in a multiplexer and to tune the frequency response shape of the multiplexer. A low pass ferro-electric material and configuration is provided. The tunable multiplexer is smaller and has less insertion loss than a fixed tuned multiplexer.
