The tuning fork type piezo-electric oscillating gyroscope composes an electrode by only one side of the piezo-electric oscillator by setting a polling axis of a crystal in an in-face direction of the tuning fork type piezo-electric oscillator and making piezo-electric lateral effect due to an electric field of a width direction of the piezo-electric oscillator larger. Furthermore, a balancing tuning fork type piezo-electric oscillator stabilizing an out-of-face oscillating mode through a base frame 1 integrated in an opposite direction to the tuning fork type piezo-electric oscillator and width wide parts 200 and 201 lowering a resonant frequency of the piezo-electric oscillator are formed on the edges of arms 2 and 3.
