Abstract:
To provide a joint formation structure for a tunnel center that can easily and inexpensively prevent cracks from occurring in existing concrete when a formwork is deployed.SOLUTION: An end 11 of a formwork 1 of a tunnel center is brought close to an end of an existing lining concrete Cr. The end 11 of the formwork 1 is provided with a receiving member 2 extending inwardly away from an inner peripheral surface of the end of the lining concrete Cr. A joint material 3 is mounted on an outer periphery of the formwork 1 so as to be movable toward a notch Cc formed on the inner periphery of the end of the lining concrete Cr, and a support leg 31 is provided on a bottom surface of an end of the joint material 3 so as to project toward the receiving member 2 and contact an outer peripheral surface thereof. The joint material 3 is moved and a part of it is inserted into the notch Cc to form a protrusion P that follows the concave cross-sectional shape of the joint of a new lining concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
