Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely attach/detach an inspection door.SOLUTION: A hydrant storage box is burriedly disposed at a watchman's passage in a tunnel. The hydrant storage box includes an inspection door 36 detachably fixed to an opening part 34 opened to a front face of a housing 32. The inspection door 36 includes a support member 70 at an inside lower part thereof, where the support member 70 is a plate member that is overhung in the depth direction and then extended downward, and a pipe-like stationary member 74 is disposed at a tip end of the plate member via an inset member 72. When the inspection door 36 is detached by loosening a bolt thereof, the support member 70 is disposed inside the opening part 34 so as to prevent the detached inspection door 36 from dropping from the opening part 34. When the inspection door 36 is disposed at the opening 34 to be closed, the inspection door is easily positioned at the closed position by inserting the support member 70 into the opening part 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
