Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a travelling driver of an abnormality occurrence in a tunnel and cause him or her to make an emergency stop.SOLUTION: When a control device 11 detects an emergency facility actuation in a tunnel 12, it discharges water of an emergency perception pattern from an emergency perception head 14 to a road 22 in the tunnel 12, and informs a vehicle driver travelling in the tunnel 12 of an abnormality occurrence. The emergency perception head 14 includes a head body connected to the piping to which pressurized fire extinguishing water is supplied, a nozzle part arranged in front of the head body which is provided with a water discharge port for discharging water of the emergency perception pattern, and an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting a water discharge angle of the nozzle part, and fixing the nozzle part in a state that it is adjusted to an arbitrary water discharge angle.
