Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the workability and profitability of a radial insertion type, to carry out boltless coupling and to obtain accuracy on the assembly of the same closing as in an axial insertion type.
SOLUTION: Both end sections 2b, 3b in the tunnel axial direction of joint surfaces among a key liner 2 and pieces 3, 3 on both sides of the key liner 2 are formed by planes towards the central axis of a circle forming the tunnel liner, and sliding fitting joints mutually fitted by sliding in the tunnel axial direction are fixed to each of the planes. Box-out sections 2c are formed on the insides of the end sections 2b of the facing side F of the key liner 2, the end sections 3b of the opposed pieces are passed through the box-out sections 2c and the key liner 2 is inserted among the both ends of the pieces, the sliding fitting joints are fitted by sliding in the tunnel axial direction, and the pieces 3, 3 at both ends are connected through the key liner 2 and the tunnel liner is closed.
