PURPOSE: To attain a turbine blade equipped with a coated layer indicating excellent corrosion resistance by providing a metal layer containing Ir having a purity of more than the specified value by weight ratio on at least a part of the surface of a base material composed of a heat resistant alloy containing Ni as its principal ingredients.
CONSTITUTION: A single crystal blade is attained by an one way solidification casting method using Ni group super alloy single crystal alloy as its base material 101. A metal layer 102 of 0.5 to 300μm thickness is provided on the coated part of a blade part and a platform part, which are subject to exposure to the fuel gas of the blade, by a plasma flame spraying method in pressure reducing atmosphere using Ir simplex powder of 30% or more purity by weight ratio. As a pretreatment, degreasing washing and also blasting by AL2O3 made grid are performed, after which a ZrO2 primatic ceramic TBC (thermal shield coating) layer 104 is provided on the surface of the blade provided with the metal layer 102 using a coating device. Thus an excellent corrosion resistance can be developed even under the metal temperature of 900°C or more.
