To provide a turbine blade with different kind of strength increased for a wing part and a mounting part, and a method for manufacturing a turbine blade.SOLUTION: In a turbine blade 1 formed by connecting a wing part 2 and a mounting part 3, the wing part 2 is formed of a metal having a columnar structure along a longitudinal direction, and the mounting part 3 is formed of a metal having an equiaxed structure.EFFECT: Since the wing part 2 is formed of the columnar structure, the high temperature strength of the wing part 2 can be increased, and since the mounting part 3 is formed of the equiaxed structure, the fatigue strength of the mounting part 3 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
