Title:
TURBINE CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002155704
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To attain such a control that the output of a turbine generator immediately after synchronization following speed-unifying control is at a predetermined initial load value.

This turbine controller controls opening and closing of a governor valve with a governor control command signal (g) as a governor valve control signal during the speed-unifying control for synchronizing the turbine generator with a power system, the signal (g) being obtained by adding a target frequency signal with a prescribed speed-unifying bias signal (h) added to a system frequency signal (b), a load set value signal (d) obtained by inputting a speed-unifying control deviation signal (i) obtained by deviation computation of the target frequency signal and a turbine speed signal into a load set integrator 104, and a speed deviation signal (f) obtained by multiplying the deviation signal of the turbine speed signal (a) and a rated speed set signal (e) by a coefficient, so as to make the turbine speed signal follow the target frequency signal and add an initial load bias set signal (j) to the load set value signal (d) only once at the time of synchronization, thereby controlling the output of the power generator. In this turbine controller, there is provided a means 113 of adding a speed deviation storing signal (fm) obtained by storing the speed deviation signal (f) just before the synchronization to the initial load bias set signal (j).
