Title:
TURBINE CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS55111697
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a synchronizer for a turbine by applying the detected value of the output power of a generator through an incomplete differential circuit to a comparator to operate a turbine intercept valve at the ocurrence of disturbance at power transmission line. CONSTITUTION:An electric power is supplied from synchronous generators 1-3 through systematic impedances 7-9 to an infinite circuit 11, which detects the current and voltage of the generator to produce a DC voltage proportional to the effective power from an effective power converter 14. The DC voltage from the circuit 11 is applied through an incomplete differential circuit 15 as an input voltage variation component to a comparator 16. When the input voltage exceeds preset value, the circuit 11 operate a relay RY. Accordingly, when the transmission line is opened without fault or when other systematic turbulence occurs, the intercept valve of a turbine high speed valve control mechanism by the relay RY, thereby retaining the stability of the generator without limiting the electric power of the generator.
