To provide a turbine designing method allowing easily establishing a turbine stage structure capable of reducing an unsteady force acting on a moving blade and preventing decrease in the performance and increase in the length of a rotor shaft.
The unsteady force and an exciting force due to potential interference respectively acting on the moving blade are determined for a plurality of stator/moving plate distances by viscous analysis (21) and inviscid analysis (22). An exciting force due to wake interference acting on the moving blade is determined from the difference between the viscous analysis result and the inviscid analysis result. The exciting forces due to the potential interference and due to the wake interference are made into a formula (23) as a function of the stator/moving plate distances, respectively. The unsteady force acting on the moving blade is calculated (24) when the stator/moving plate distances are optional based on the exciting forces due to the potential and wake interferences made into the formula, and, based on the calculation result, the stator/moving plate distances are determined (30).
