Abstract:

To make rotation of a variable vane smooth and maintain this good rotation condition for a long period of time in a turbine frame rotatably retaining the variable vane in a VGS type turbocharger.

The turbine frame 2 includes a bearing hole 25 rotatably retaining the variable vane 1. A support regulation part 28 touching a shaft part 12 and a non-support part 29 not touching the shaft part 12 are formed in the bearing hole 25. Only the support regulation part 28 is made touch the shaft part 12 to rotatably retain the variable vane 1 and to store wear particle in the non-support part 29 even if wear particle is formed. The support regulation parts28 are formed on both side of the non-support part 29.
