Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the flow resistance by providing a guide blades of a fixed length along the flow line in the central part of each flow passage surrounded by a press-shaped outer shell, inner core, and turbine blade. CONSTITUTION:A guide blade 5 is fast fixed in the middle of each turbine blade 4 fixed between an outershell 1 and an inner core 3 along a flow passage center line of a central part 6A with the largest curvature within the flow passage 6 constructed of them to be as long as 20-60% or disirably 40-50% of the whole length of the flow passage. This guide plate 5 prevents the separation of an operation flow at the central part 6A with the largest length as well as curvature and reduces the flow resistance for promoting the transmission efficiency of a hydraulic coupling. For example, when the length of the guide plate is selected at 50% of the flow passage, the flow resistance can be reduced approximately to 10-25%.
