Abstract:
To provide a turbine member production method capable of controlling the intensity of pressure forces in a densification step depending on the parts of a turbine member, and a turbine member repair method.SOLUTION: A turbine member production method in this invention includes: an additive production step (S1) of producing a base material composing a turbine member by additive production; a coating film thickness determination step (S2) of determining the film thickness of a coating to be provided at a surface of the base material; a coating step (S3) of providing the surface of the base material with a coating determined in the coating film thickness determination step; and a densification step (S4) of densifying the surface of the base material provided with the coating, and in the coating film thickness determination step (S2), film thicknesses are changed per part of the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
