The turbine moving blade touching and restricting the adjoining integral cover 7 by elastic recovery force of a blade profile part 2 tending to deform torsionally by pushing a turbine disk 5 from a turbine rotary shaft direction side is provided with a groove 8 passing below a disk groove 6 and provided along a blade rotation direction, a circumference surface 41 provided on a tip side end surface of the blade root part 4 pushed in the disk groove 6, and a pressing member 9 built in the groove 8 to make a radial direction outer circumference surface abut on a circumference surface 41 of the blade root part 4.
