To provide a turbine nozzle capable of adjusting a flow rate, and restraining an energy loss in fluid.
This turbine nozzle 4 has a nozzle body 40 forming an inside flow passage 49 having a tapering-off flow passage 41 formed in a tapering-off shape toward the downstream side and an orifice part 42 arranged on the downstream end of the tapering-off flow passage 41, and a needle valve 9 for adjusting the flow rate of the fluid passing through the nozzle body 40. A needle 9 has a valve element 92 arranged in the tapering-off flow passage 41 so as to freely advance-retreat and adjusting opening of the orifice part 42. The valve element 92 is formed in a tapering-off shape in a tip part toward the downstream side of the inside flow passage 49, and a groove 97 extending toward the downstream side is formed on an outer peripheral surface 95a.
