Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent generation of rust by performing plating on the inner wall of a hole, formed along the shaft's direction, of the rotary center part of a turbine rotor. CONSTITUTION:In the rotational center part of a turbine rotor 3, a hole 5 is formed along the shaft's direction, at one end of the hole 5, a blank cap 7 with a hole 12 is fixed, and at the other end of the hole 5, the other blank cap 6 with a hole 13 is fixed, respectively. In the hole 12, a hose 9 by which the hole 12 and an electrolyte-free plating tank 8 are connected to each other, is inserted through a pump 10, and in the hole 13, another hose 11 is inserted. The whole surface of the inner wall of the hole 5 is plated, by pouring a plating liquid 14 from the electrolyte-free plating tank 8 into the hole 5, by the power of the pump 10, under constant pressure. In this way, the generation of rust can be prevented.
