To provide a turbine vane, which is configured so that a cooling flow passage can be easily and accurately formed in the inner part, and thermal stress in operation can be suppressed, a method for manufacturing the turbine vane, and a gas turbine.
The turbine stator vane 10 includes an outer frame 20 formed in a cylindrical shape along the vane height direction to form an outer sheath, a support part 21 provided within the outer frame 20 and supported by the outer frame 20, and an insert member 22 inserted into the outer frame 20 while securing a gap that forms a cooling flow passage 11b with the inner circumferential surface of the outer frame 20, and fixed to the support part 21 at only one of both ends in the vane height direction thereof.
