Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high efficient turbo-machine that can be used for laser gas circulation.
CONSTITUTION: A turbo-machine is constituted as a gas compressor. Curved parts are arranged respectively in chamber blades 5 and radial blades 4 in opposite directions, and the transition area 23 becomes transition point of the curved parts. Furthermore, the blades 4, 5 have an angle (b) of less than 30 degree, for example 15 degree, relative to a circumferential tangent T in the transition area.
