Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure engine output independently of whether the power generation amount of a power generator is increased or reduced.SOLUTION: A turbocharged engine includes an intake passage 20 and an exhaust passage 30, a turbosupercharger 50, and a power generation device 60, the exhaust passage 30 having a first exhaust manifold 31 communicated with a first cylinder group (2B, 2C) consisting of two or more cylinders where exhaust strokes do not overlap, and a second exhaust manifold 32 communicated with a second cylinder group (2A, 2D) consisting of two or more cylinders different from those of the first cylinder group, where exhaust strokes do not overlap, the turbosupercharger 50 having a supercharging turbine 51 arranged in the first exhaust manifold 31, and a compressor 52 arranged in the intake passage 20, the power generation device 60 having a power generation turbine 61 arranged in the second exhaust manifold 32, and a power generator (62) to be driven by the power generation turbine 61 to generate electric power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
