Abstract:
To provide a new guide device for a turbocharger, and a turbocharger with the guide device.SOLUTION: A guide device 10 for a turbocharger has a plurality of guide vanes 12 in which each guide vane 12 has a blade plate 13 and a blade leg 14, and a carrier 11 for the guide vanes 12, in which each guide vane 12 is attached to the carrier 11 through its blade leg 14. The carrier 11 has, for each guide vane 12, a groove with a bottom wall 20 and a surrounding side wall 21, or a slot-like recess 19. Each guide vane 12 is fitted into the corresponding recess 19 through its blade leg 14 such that a wall 22 of the blade leg 14 facing away from the blade plate 13 abuts on the bottom wall 20 of each recess 19. Each guide vane 12 is fixed to the carrier 11 through fixing means 24 arranged on its blade leg 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
