A thrust receiving plate 20 is joined and fixed to a left end surface of a center housing 11, and a thrust plate 21 is fixedly joined to a back face of a turbine 18 so as to be opposed with a first clearance g1 to this plate, and a first thrust air bearing S1 is formed. A thrust receiving plate 22 is fixedly joined to a right end surface of the center housing 11, and a thrust plate 23 is fixedly joined to a back face of an impeller 19 so as to confront with a second clearance g2 with this plate, and a second thrust air bearing S2 is formed. A part of exhaust gas of an exhaust passage 12 of a turbine housing 13 is taken in the first clearance g1, and a part of suction air of an intake passage 14 of a compressor housing 15 is taken in the second clearance g2.
