Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple reductant agent injection and dosage system in which a reductant agent can be accurately added, arrangement of mixing unit at an upstream side of SCR is eliminated, and a pressure loss is low at a cross-head type large-sized two-stroke Diesel engine having a SCR [selective catalytic reduction] reactor for purifying NOx of exhaust gas.SOLUTION: There is provided an exhaust gas receiver 3 constituted in such a way that a pressure variation caused by an exhaust gas jet flowing from several cylinders 1 arranged in series through an exhaust duct 35 is mitigated, a reductant agent feeding point is arranged within the exhaust gas receiver and at the upstream side of an outlet 33, and the reductant agent is intermittently transferred to the reductant agent feeding point under application of an ON/OFF type electronic control valve so as to control an amount of reductant agent fed into the exhaust gas stream.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
