To collect live sound/voice representing a sense of presence and a tense sense at a race by devising an installation position of a microphone at a speedboat race station and to provide the sound/voice to a place other than the speedboat race station.
The turn buoy for the speedboat race is installed at a predetermined position on a water surface at the speedboat race station. In the turn buoy for the speedboat race, an upper hollow cone part 1 comprising an elastic material and a lower hollow float part 4 are integrally assembled and air is filled in the hollow float part 4. The microphone 30 is arranged in the hollow cone part 1 against the turn buoy for the speedboat race such that a sound collection part 32 is positioned at an upper part in the hollow cone part 1. Sound taking-in ports 53, 53,... are opened at an upper part of a side wall part 1b of the hollow cone part 1 corresponding to the sound collection part 32 of the microphone 30. The sound/voice during the race is inputted to the microphone 30 through the sound/voice taking-in ports 53, 53,... and the sound/voice is captured at a close position.
