Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the initial treading force and at the same time to improve the promoting force for a turn-over mechanism of an operating pedal. CONSTITUTION:An operating pedal 10 supported by a turning shaft 14 is provided to a pedal bracket 12 and a support shaft 20 is fixed in parallel to the axial core of the shaft 14. The shaft 14 is provided with a turning lever 32 which turns in a body with the pedal 10, and a turing member 22 connected turn ably to the lever 32 is provided to the shaft 20. A stretch coil spring 36 is provided over a hook part 9 formed at one of both ends of the member 22 and a hook part 40 formed at a position apart from the shaft 20 by a prescribed distance. The part 40 is set at a position where the distance between this part 40 and the shaft 20 is smaller than that between the part 9 and the shaft 20 before the pedal 10 is turned and then larger than the distance between the part 9 and the shaft 20 when the pedal 10 is set at a turn-over position.
