To provide a turning device wherein loss is insignificant even in the case where a flow rate and a pressure significantly change, and also to provide an electricity generation device generating electric power in an unintentional action of a human in his daily life by using the turning device without any intentional operation.
A rotor 22 is provided in a casing 21 and a plurality of vanes are attached to the rotor 22. A vane is connected to another vane on the same diameter with a rod and the like, and slides on the diameter together so that the distance between the two does not change while turning. The form of a casing inner wall is facilitated so that both tip ends of the interlocking and sliding two vanes always contact with an inner wall. Rotational energy is obtained by turning the rotor by separating fluid flowing from an intake port 25 and fluid discharged from a discharge port 26 with the vanes and the inner wall shape, and providing the vanes with pressure difference between an intake port side and a discharge port side.
