PURPOSE: To improve the treating efficiency on the treatment line by providing two pairs of connecting rails orthogonal to the main rail on the turn table, further, providing the skid to freely and vertically lift the steel strip to the outside of the rail for connecting on the turn table.

CONSTITUTION: The turn table 10 which freely rotates and provides the two paires of connecting rails 11a, 11b orthogonal to each other in the main rail of straight type is set. And the skid 14 to freely and vertically lift the coil 1 is set. The direction shifting of coil 1 can be easily and smoothly executed with the combination of the operation to move the truck 12 in and out on the turn table 10 and the operation to vertically lift the coil of the carrying car 12. Therefore, the treating efficiency can be improved on the treatment line.
