PURPOSE: To reduce the breakage on a traveling surface by installing a rising/ lowering type grounded body in which a grounded part can turn around the longitudinal axis center for a car body, lowering the grounded body and raising a traveling device on the turning center side, and carrying out turn, having the grounded part as turning center.
CONSTITUTION: Each of the left and right grounded bodies 3 has the same structure and is raised and lowered by an electric motor, etc., and the state where a driving rear wheel 1L or 1R on the outside of the grounded body 3 is grounded for a car body V and the rising state are selected. A grounded part 6 can turn around the axis line in the rising/lowering direction for the body of the grounded body 3. When the working vehicle is advance-turned in the leftward, traveling is once suspended, and then the grounded body on the turning inside between two grounded bodies 3 is lowered, and the driving rear wheel 1L on the turning inside is floated. Then, the drive of the rear wheels 1L and 1R is started by steering the front wheel 1F with the max. steering quantity in the turning direction, and then the car body V starts the leftward turn, having the grounded body 3 on the grounded side as turning center.
