A chuck mechanism 40 for gripping the workpiece W is synchronously rotatably arranged in one end part of an almost cylindrical rotary body 21. A first cutting blade 51a for cutting a surface of the workpiece exposed to the rotary body side is arranged between the rotary body 21 and a gripping position of the workpiece W by the chuck mechanism 40, and a second cutting blade 52a for cutting the surface of the workpiece exposed to the opposite side of the rotary body is arranged on the opposite side of the first cutting blade 51a by sandwiching the gripping position of the workpiece W by the chuck mechanism 40. Sending mechanisms such as 23, 51 and 54 are arranged in an inside area of the almost cylindrical rotary body 21 for sending the first cutting blade 51a in the radial direction for cutting.
