To provide a turning-over implement of a simple structure which can be used for turning over book pages and opening a film, and can be used by a user with a little handicap in the hand without feeling inconvenience in his/her daily life.

This turning-over implement comprises a handle to be held by hand, a connection member which has its one end connected with the handle and is extended in a bent form and a rubber member fitted to the the other end opposite to the handle of the connection member. In the case of a book, the handle of the turning-over implement is held by the hand, then the rubber member fitted to the tip of the connection member is pressed to a corner of the book page and moved diagonally near toward the user from a position of the book far from the user. Thus, the page can be turned over.
