Abstract:
PURPOSE:To smooth torque transfer in a high temperature ambience, by making a shrinking allowance smaller, while reducing an operating stress on a ceramic part. CONSTITUTION:In time of a shrinking fit between an outer surface of an inserting part 3 installed in a first rotating element 2 made of a ceramic material and an inner surface of an inserted part 5 installed in a second rotating element 4 made of a metallic material, a turning torque transfer element is provided with at least a pair of alignment surfaces 11 and 14 in order to keep their concentricity, while opposite surfaces 15a-16b of a plural pair provided for the turning torque transfer at a right angle to a sense of rotation are installed there. These opposite surfaces are set so as to be situated on a top surface passing on a rotative center line together whereby a filter is filled up between both surfaces. Doing it as the above, a shrinking allowance is made smaller and stress acting on a ceramic part is reduced, while good torque transfer in a high temperature ambience is attainable.
