Abstract:
The invention relates to a turnover device using a transfer car and a rotating frame. An object of the invention is to provide a turnover device characterized by a simplified frame structure and the structural use of a transfer car and a rotating frame, so as to enable the placement of a large structure with a hollow portion such as, for example, a propeller, into a frame for turning over the large structure without opening/closing the frame. A technical feature of the invention lies in a turnover device using a transfer car and a rotating frame, wherein the turnover device comprises: a frame having a space at the centre to receive a large structure with a hollow portion therein, a pair of fixing cones which are located above and below the space and are to be inserted into the hollow portion of the large structure placed in the space so as to fix the same, and a pair of chucking cylinders connected respectively to the pair of fixing cones to move the fixing cones; a rotating frame connected to the frame by a shaft on one side or both sides of the frame, the rotating frame having rotating means therein to rotate the shaft; and a transfer car disposed in front of the frame, moving forwards and backwards from the frame to place the large structure into the space of the frame.
