Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce noise and to improve working environment by making a turret disk to mount a die rotatable and composing the turret disk of high damping steel sheet.
CONSTITUTION: On the lower frame 1 of a turret press are provided a work table 9, a work clamping device 11 and a lower turret disk 15 to mount plural dies 13. On the upper frame 7 are provided an upper turret disk 19 to mount plural punches 17 and a ram 21. Then, the turret disks 15, 19 to mount the dies 13, 17 are rotatable. These disks 15, 19 are composed of high damping steel sheet. In this way, the working accuracy can be improved and the life of the die can be prolonged.
