CONSTITUTION: A turret punch press for which many freely rotatable balls 17, 18 to deliver and freely place a plamar plate W are adopted to the face of a working table 6. A device 22 for elevating the freely rotatable balls 18 around the turret 3 is provided and the plamar plate W is lifted by the elevation of the freely rotatable balls 18 prior to the dividing rotation of the turret 3.
