Abstract:

To provide a twice phase conversion circuit for electromagnetic wave, capable of cancelling electric fields and magnetic fields of electromagnetic waves.

The phase conversion circuit, used as a phase conversion circuit that operates an electromagnetic wave with phase converted for a target electromagnetic wave and attenuates or disappears an electrical/magnetic effect on the target electromagnetic wave, includes: a first antenna 11 that captures a target electromagnetic wave; a first tank circuit 13 that converts a phase of the captured electromagnetic wave; a second tank circuit 14 that converts the phase of the electromagnetic wave with phase converted again; and a second antenna 14 that outputs the electromagnetic wave with phase converted again.
