A twin-fan 1 is provided with a partitioning plate 2 consisting of a non-magnetic insulator, a drive fan 3 which is to be attached to the single surface of the partitioning plate and a driven fan 4 which is to be attached to the other surface of the partitioning plate. The drive fan includes a drive side revolving body 8, having a magnetic body or nonmagnetic and conductive body 9 allocated at the area near the partitioning plate, while the driven fan includes a driven side revolving body 13 having permanent magnet portions 141 to 145 provided at the area near the partitioning plate. While the drive fan is rotating, the magnetic body is magnetized with the magnetic field of the permanent magnets generating a magnetic attracting force for the permanent magnets or a reactive force of Lorentz force acting on the eddy current generated on the nonmagnetic and a conductive body. Thereby, the driven fan rotates, following the rotation of the drive fan.
