Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twine wire former in which the more efficient and homogeneous dispersion of the fibers can be attained in the paper-making slurry.
SOLUTION: The paper-making slurry 2 that is held between the first and second wire screens both of which individually rotate in a loop and a plurality of pressure elements 5 are arranged for a applying the pressure pulses for dehydration from the paper-making slurry held between the first and second wire screens 3, 4. In this case, the interval between the pressure elements 5 is made wider on the upstream side of the slurry-flow along the direction of the wire rotation and then narrowed toward the downstream side.
