Abstract:
To provide a twisted rope that is usable as a substitute of conventional straw rope and has excellent flexibility and durability equal to or more than those of straw rope.
The twisted rope is obtained by winding a core yarn composed of natural fiber with belt-like surface layer paper while successively shifting the paper so as to superimpose a part of the surface layer paper to form a child string and twisting a plurality of the child strings.
