To dispense with winding of a signal conductor around a hinge shaft in a two-axis hinge mechanism regulating an opening and closing angle during communication within about 150-170 degrees, and providing folding of a display to an outwardly closed state just by turning operation.

A first hollow hinge shaft 303 is fixed to a base plate 301, and a connection member 302 is supported, with an outer cylindrical case 311 of a second hinge turnably fixed in its outer side. A protrusion member 304 having a protrusion part 304a is fixed to the shaft 303, and a protrusion part 321a of a moving member 321 is made to contact its top face such that the member 321 is vertically moved by turning of the shaft 303. A turning angle of a second hinge shaft is made to be regulated by a regulating part provided on the member 321. A connection bush 322 fixed to a display side casing is turnably supported on the member 302, and the signal conductor is passed through the bush 322 from a center of the shaft 303 and guided to the display side casing.
