Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten time from the time when a brine made to circulate through a first part to be cooled is changed from the brine of high temperature over to the one of low temperature, to the time when the temperature of the first part to be cooled becomes stable at a first prescribed temperature.
CONSTITUTION: When a brine is made to circulate from a low-temperature brine system 10 through a first part 50 to be cooled, a set temperature of a low-temperature brine temperature adjusting means 17 is made a first prescribed temperature. When the brine is made to circulate from a high-temperature brine system 20 through the first part 50 to be cooled, the circulation of the brine through the first part 50 is stopped in the low-temperature brine system 10 and also the set temperature of the low-temperature brine temperature adjusting means 17 is made a second prescribed temperature being lower than the first prescribed temperature. According to this constitution, the rate of operation of an apparatus equipped with the first part 50 to be cooled is improved.
