Abstract:
To provide a rigid polyisocyanurate foam for backfilling injection that has excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and storage stability, suppresses internal temperature rise, has excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance, and has excellent construction safety when hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) or hydrochlorofluoroolefin (HCFO) is used as a blowing agent, and a two-liquid premix composition suitably used for producing the same, and a backfilling injection method using these.SOLUTION: Two-component premix composition, rigid polyisocyanurate foam for back-filling injection, and back-filling injection method using these consists of a liquid A containing a polyisocyanate compound and a liquid B containing a polyol compound, a foaming agent, a silicone surfactant and a carboxylate. The foaming agent contains at least one of HFO and HCFO and has an isocyanate index of 160-500.SELECTED DRAWING: None
