Abstract:
To provide a two-component room temperature-curable urethane waterproof material composition for hand coating, which has a sufficient work life throughout the year and excellent durability such as heat resistance and alkali resistance.SOLUTION: A two-component room temperature-curable urethane waterproof material composition for hand coating comprises: a main agent containing an isocyanate group terminal prepolymer formed of a polyisocyanate and a polyol; and a hardening agent containing an aromatic polyamine and a polyol as reactive components, where the polyisocyanate includes tolylene diisocyanate, the aromatic polyamine includes diethyltoluenediamine, and the polyol in the hardening agent includes a polyalkanolamine having 3 or more active hydrogens.SELECTED DRAWING: None
