The two-component type modified polysulfide-based sealing material composition includes: a first liquid including a metal catalyst and a modified polysulfide polymer having a polysulfide bond in the principal chain and a hydroxy group at a terminal obtained by reaction of a polysulfide polymer having two or more thiol groups and a (meth)acrylate of a polyoxyalkylene glycol; and a second liquid including a urethane prepolymer.
