Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase refrigerating capacity by a method wherein the eccentric parts, being opposite to each other in a 180° arc, of a crank, shaft is formed in different diameters, the outside diameter on the upper end plate side of the crankshaft is different from the outside diameter on the lower end plate side and the size of the central hole of a partition plate is set to a value enough to allow insertion of only an eccentric part on the small size side, and the inner peripheral diameters of upper and lower cylinders are differed from each other
CONSTITUTION: Eccentric parts, being opposite to each other in a 180° arc, of a crankshaft are formed in different diameters d01 and d02 and an outside diameter d1 on the upper end plate side of the crankshaft is different from an outside diameter d2 on the lower end plate side. The size of the central hole of a partition plate is set to a value enough to allow insertion of only an eccentric part on the small size side, and inner peripheral diameters D1 and D2 of upper and lower cylinders are set to values different from each other, and an eccentric amount is increased.
