In a two-dimensional code authentication system, in a two-dimensional code distribution server, a two-dimensional code is generated by a two-dimensional code generation means from service information indicating identification confirmation information received from a user's terminal device and service contents and returned to the user's terminal device. In the user's terminal device, the two-dimensional code is displayed by a two-dimensional code display means. In the store terminal device, the two-dimensional code is read by a two-dimensional decoding means and the identification confirmation information and the service information are taken out of the two-dimensional code. The identification confirmation information input by an identification confirmation information input means and identification confirmation information of the two-dimensional code are separately collated/discriminated by a collation/discrimination means.
