To provide a two-dimensional communication power supply device etc. for preventing reduction in transmission efficiency by a simple and safe configuration, achieving excellent workability, and improving the degree of freedom in arranging a device while being capable of preventing a worker from being shocked by electricity during communication.
A two-dimensional communication power supply device 1 is configured by: a communication sheet 2 comprising a tabular main body 2 made from an insulator, mesh-like metallic films 2b and 2c installed on a front surface and back surface of the main body, and a connector coupling part 2d installed on the side of the main body; and a connector 3 comprising a main body 3a made from an insulator, a transmitter connection part 3b installed on a surface of the main body, a communication sheet coupling part 3c which is installed on a surface of the main body and is coupled with the connector coupling part, a core line 3d for connecting the transmitter connection part and communication sheet coupling part inside the main body, and an antenna 3e which is installed in the communication sheet coupling part and connected to the core line and applies an electromagnetic wave caused by a signal from a transmitter 4 to the metallic film 2b on a surface of the main body of the communication sheet.
