CONSTITUTION: A bundle 10 in which an incident end face is formed to a 2-dimensional matrix and an outgoing end side is arranged with one row of optical fiber converts picture elements of a 2-dimensional picture whose image is formed into one row of picture elements and the converted picture elements are given simultaneously to a streak tube 5, in which time analysis measurement is implemented.
