Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely and quickly move a mover to an assigned position by processing a plurality of input signals.
CONSTITUTION: In a drive mechanism, a mover 26 is moved in a plane 16. The plane 16 is enveloped by a framework part 14. A plurality of input parts 22a, 22b are provided in the framework part 14 and independently capable of inputting signals respectively. In a control part, the mover 26 is moved in the plane 16 based on the signal input from the input parts 22a, 22b.
